Kinar Hotel
Located on the North Shore of Lake Kinneret about 45 minutes from Tsfat, the hotel has seperate beaches open to the public. There are changing rooms, bathrooms, and picnic area on site. There is a 10 shekel fee for those not staying at the hotel.

Tiberias Hot Springs Spa
Separate facilities for men and women, there is a 60 shekel entrance fee. Call for more information.

The Yigal Alon Center - Museum & Educational Center

Kibbutz Ginosar, located about five miles north of Tiberias hosts a musuem dedicated to Yigal Alon, one of the founders of the Palmach, Jewish Underground, and a former member of the knesset. The musuem features a preserved fishing boat dated at 100 BCE to 70 CE. The boat was discovered and removed from the lake in 1986.

Hamat Gader, Crocodile Farm
Following the road around the lake after the Tel Qatzir-Maagan intersection one reaches the crocodile farm. The area also contains the remains of a 6th century synagogue, Roman buildings, a theater and baths.

Kibbutz Alumot
About five miles north of Tiberius hosts a dairy, chicken and ostrich farm.
